At BestSole Inc. customer satisfaction is our goal. Please review the following instructions on our exchange policies. You must contact us directly at 1-866-301-FEET (3338) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to exchange of any product. Please include your RMA on the outside of the package.

No exchanges will be accepted without an RMA. Due to the nature of our products, no refunds are issued.

Exchange Policy for Massaging Insole
The Massaging Insoles carry a two year unconditional replacement warranty. If for any reason an insole needs to be replaced because of damage or defect, we will gladly replace it for FREE for two full years from original date of purchase.

Both insoles must be washed/dried and returned along with the warranty card and sales receipt.


Exchange Policy for all other Items
You must contact us within 30 days of purchase to receive a credit (less shipping and handling). Credit may be applied to purchase other products listed on www.massaginginsoles.com Products must be returned in original packaging and unopened.
