Warranty & Exchange policy


At BestSole Inc. customer satisfaction is our goal. Please review the following instructions on our exchange policies.

No exchanges will be accepted without an RMA, warranty card and/or copy of sales receipt. Due to the personal nature of our products, we offer an exchange only policy.

Exchange Policy for Massaging Insole
The Massaging Insoles carry a two year unconditional replacement warranty. If for any reason an insole needs to be replaced because of damage or defect, we will gladly replace your insoles for two full years from original date of purchase.

Should you need further assistance on returning your Massaging Insoles, call us at 866-301-FEET (3338) Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST.

Exchange Policy for all other Items

You must contact us by telephone at 1-866-301-FEET (3338) within 30 days of purchase to exchange a product. When you call, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). A merchandise exchange for equal or greater value (LESS S&H) can be applied to any other products listed at www.massaginginsoles.com. Products must be returned in original packaging and unopened.
